Open Positions

ERA Industries is looking for an individual to assist our accounting team in accounts payable and Receiving. Individual should have previous experience and able to work in a fast past environment.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience working in Accounting.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Accounting Software.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Can organize and prioritize job related duties.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Polish is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processes accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.
  • Assists with employee benefit open enrollment process.
  • Assists Controller with various account reconciliations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and punctuality.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work space.
  • Willing to work in a team environment and interact with departmental and supplier personnel as required.

Qualifications:

  • Understand the inspection equipment accuracy and repeatability required for use during product verification.
  • Has the ability to interpret customer drawings, parts lists and BOM’s, including GD&T expertise.
  • Good Reporting Skills, including support of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Has the ability to communicate with customer representatives (quality and engineering) to address concerns and assist with solving job related problems, as applicable to quality.
  • Can organize and prioritize job related duties.
  • Has the ability to mentor quality technicians and shop personnel by sharing job related information provided by the customer.

  • Ability to interpret drawings, strong GD&T skills is a must, follow work instructions and in-process inspection plans.
  • Ability to use measuring tools (all types of Micrometers, Calipers, Bore Gauges, Dial Gauges, Dial and Test Indicators, Height Gauge and Air Gauges.
  • Ability to mount and load tooling, fixtures, vises, jaws and touch off all tooling, set offsets and set work zeros.
  • Ability to produce a first piece inspection part, basic trouble shooting of speeds & feeds, and tool wear.
  • Minimum experience working on CNC machines 3-5 years.
  • Experience working with tight tolerances .0001, and various materials (Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Stainless (PH grades) etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up CNC Lathe or Mill following work instructions and utilizing existing program and submit for first piece approval.
  • Train operators to run safe and efficiently while maintaining quality of the part.
  • Improve existing processes when required.
  • Document work on in process plans, production logs, router and ERP systems as applicable.
  • Insure set up are capable of running multiple shifts and mentor operators accordingly.
  • Work with quality department on insuring a quality product and implementing inspection plans.

Qualifications

  • Experience using inspection tools such as Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauge, Thread and Pin Gauge, Dial Indicators, Air Gauges and Microscopes
  • Ability to read drawings and understand GD&T
  • Previous Experience working with CNC machined components 2 years minimum in either a quality inspector or machine operator role

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspection of machined parts using Micrometers, Calipers, Thread and Pin gauges, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, Air Gauges etc.
  • Visual inspection by eye, or under magnification with a loop or microscope
  • First piece, in process and final inspections
  • Documenting per procedures and customer requirements
  • Ability to read blue prints and understand GD&T

Qualifications:

  • Ability to interpret drawings, strong GD&T skills is a must, follow work instructions and in-process inspection plans>?
  • Ability to use measuring tools (all types of Micrometers, Calipers, Bore Gauges, Dial Gauges, Dial and Test Indicators, Height Gauge and Air Gauges
  • Ability to mount and load tooling, fixtures, vises, jaws and touch off all tooling, set offsets and set work zeros
  • Ability to produce a first piece inspection part, basic trouble shooting of speeds & feeds, and tool wear
  • Minimum experience working on CNC machines 3-5 years
  • Ability to create process and fixture designs and work from solid models
  • Mastercam experience is preferred
  • Experience working with tight tolerances .0001, and various materials (Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, Stainless (PH grades) etc

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up CNC Lathe or Mill following work instructions and utilizing existing program and submit for first piece approval

  • Program utilizing customer drawings and models with Mastercam)
  • Develop work holding and process of part for new parts
  • Improve existing processes when required
  • Document work on in process plans, production logs, router and ERP systems as applicable
  • Insure set up and programs are capable of running multiple shifts and mentor operators accordingly
  • Work with quality department on insuring a quality product and implementing inspection plans
